Job Description
Position: Head Enrollment
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
Experience: 7-10 Years
The College, approved by the Ministry of Education, is the first international higher education provider in Bangladesh. As a leading transnational education provider, the College is expanding its offerings to include bachelor’s degree programs.
Major Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for enrollment activities
- Build enrollment teams and foster program positioning
- Develop and execute Annual Enrollment Plan
- Implement communication strategies
- Build networks with key stakeholders
- Lead admissions sessions and workshops
- Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of enrollment experience
- CRM & Data Analysis Skill
- Marketing leadership experience
- Master’s degree required
- Proven track record in achieving enrollment goals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of student recruitment strategies
