Position: Head of Factory Admin
Grade: DGM/AGM
Reporting to: Director, Administration
Job location: Bhabanipur, Gazipur
Educational requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in factory administration and army/defense background required.
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee facility management, security, employee services, and compliance.
• Manage administrative processes, budgets, and health & safety regulations.
• Develop emergency response plans, conduct safety audits, and lead the administrative team.
