Job Description
- Performing duty as Head of the Department (HOD) & will be responsible for overall management of ongoing projects.
- Follow up the total operations of construction projects & ensuring completion within approved budget.
- Confirming compliance of construction activities with legal issues, risk mitigation, safety protocols etc.
- Prepare & implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) align with group’s guidelines.
- Responsible for quality assurance and top supervision for construction projects.
- Co-ordination with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for project completion.
- Liaising, reporting & updating management on project progress.
- Co-ordination for maintenance works at factory, commercial & residential structures.
- Finalization of tender invitations, vendor selection, work order approvals, etc.
- Preparing project budgets, monitoring financial stewardship, and accountability.
- Establishing metrics to monitor project performance and making data-driven decisions.
- Providing technical support to different business wings of the group.
Academic Qualification: Masters/B.Sc in Civil Engineering.
Relevant Past Experience: 12 to 15 years.
Training & Certification Required: PMP Certification preferred.
Required skills:
- Experience in high-rise building construction.
- Knowledge of construction materials and finishing materials for projects.
- Strong Managerial & Leadership Qualities.
- Ability to work within deadlines.
- Position requires mobility and travel.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
