Job Description

Desh Group of Companies is seeking a Head of Maintenance for their Chattogram Factory to oversee factory maintenance operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop maintenance plans for Woven Garments
• Ensure proper functioning of all operating equipment
• Maintain machines for maximum efficiency
• Allocate manpower and monitor performance
• Minimize machine breakdowns through proper maintenance
• Ensure utility services’ seamless flow

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Skills Required: Sewing Machine Maintenance, Textile Machinery
