Job Description

Glenrich International School Uttara, a part of the prestigious STS Group, is seeking a Head-Pre Primary Section to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of Pre-Primary department and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Lead, train, and manage teaching staff while maintaining a healthy learning environment.
• Collaborate with parents for child development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage department budget.

Requirements:

• Post-graduate degree in Education or relevant field.
• 5-8 years teaching experience in Pre-Primary grades.
• 2-4 years in a leadership role.
• Understanding of Cambridge EYP curriculum and assessment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
