OVERVIEW: CAREER141 is seeking a Head of Social Welfare to lead initiatives enhancing employee well-being and fostering a supportive workplace culture.
- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement welfare programs.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management.
