Job Description
Mission
We are seeking a candidate to lead our project in alignment with the goals of the Paris Agreement, aiming to limit global temperature rise to 1.5 degrees Celsius above preindustrial levels. The ideal candidate will assess our current emission structure and collaborate with management to develop a strategic plan for Carbon Neutral operations.
Job Description
- Lead the development and execution of corporate sustainability and ESG strategies in line with organizational objectives.
- Initiate programs to decrease environmental impact, uphold social responsibility, and enhance governance practices.
- Set quantifiable sustainability targets, track progress, and create a Cap remediation plan for the supply chain.
- Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to increase awareness and align strategies.
- Identify and manage ESG risks, implement mitigation plans, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Supervise the preparation of sustainability reports, ensure compliance with regulations, and design employee training initiatives.
