Role Description

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years HR experience with tech/digital/IT company
• End-to-end recruitment experience in tech/digital industry for tech and non-tech roles
• Excellent offline and online networking skills
• Ability to draft employment agreements and policy documents
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
