Job Description

“The role involves providing day-to-day HR support across the organization, including comprehensive payroll management, supporting training and development initiatives, maintaining employee records, and reinforcing employee engagement.”

Responsibilities:

• Monitor attendance and compile leave statements.
• Process salaries and overtime at month-end.
• Handle full and final employee settlements.
• Maintain and update the leave register.
• Assist in payroll software updates.
• Support employee engagement activities.
• Assist in recruitment and organizational development.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws.

Education:

Graduate in HR or related field from a reputable university.

Experience:

3-4 years of operational HR experience in a multinational company.
