Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Consultant for the HR Business Partner (HRBP) position in Bangladesh. As a Consultant – HRBP, you will play a crucial role in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. You will provide strategic HR support, guidance, and advice to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Your responsibilities will include conducting HR analysis, developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and supporting leadership in talent management and workforce planning.
