Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and tasks
• Provide clerical and administrative support to HR executives
• Act as a liaison between HR and employees for effective communication
• Help in policy creation and documentation

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting, Finance, or HR

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience
• Handle HR issues, maintain records, and ensure compliance
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail
