Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Coordinator at BAARTA Technologies Limited. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, talent management, administration, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years relevant HR experience in tech/digital/IT company.
- End-to-end recruitment experience in the tech/digital industry.
- Excellent offline and online networking skills.
- Able to draft employment agreements and policy documents.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, attention to detail, and knowledge of labor laws in Bangladesh.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
