Job Description

We are looking for an international expert proficient in Institutional Development and Training Specialist for one of our ongoing water infrastructure projects in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

About the Role: This Institutional Development and Training Specialist shall be responsible for implementing the organizational strengthening activities and training.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating inputs from other consultancies, individuals and firms, for the project;
• Assisting DWASA relevant units in implementing the institutional development activities by developing a plan and monitoring progress;
• Developing and helping deliver a training plan for the project;
• Maintaining liaison with the client to achieve the ultimate goal of the assignment;
• Taking part in all relevant meetings with concerned stakeholders and feedback the PMU on pertinent issues;
• M&E, Reporting, and presentations.

Qualifications:

• Post-graduation in Human Resource Management/ Economics/ Commerce or in any relevant discipline;
• 25 years of overall professional experience is required with 10 years of international & relevant experience is mandatory;
• Candidate must have 1 relevant project experience in the South Asian region;
• Working experience in international donor-funded projects.
