Introduction:
Blumont, Inc. is seeking technical experts for consultancy positions to manage the FCDO Support to the Office of the Chief Adviser in Bangladesh on reform management and strategic communications. The contract includes a three-month inception period with possible 12-month implementation. Candidates must be available to mobilize within one week of contract award in early December.
Blumont is looking for expertise in:
- Working with national governments in developing contexts.
- Reform management at the national level.
- Strategic communication by Government entities.
- Digital communications and capacity building.
- Youth engagement through government communications.
Preferred qualifications:
- Understanding of Bangladesh Government functioning.
- Knowledge of media sector in Bangladesh.
- Experience with FCDO or DFID projects.
- Fluency in Bengali and local languages.
