Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated International Business Development Trainee/Executive to drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the foreign market. Responsibilities include building client relationships, understanding needs, and providing tailored solutions for sustained sales growth, collaborating with sales and marketing teams for effective client engagement.
Core Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in foreign markets
- Understand client needs, offer solutions, and build long-term relationships
- Promote and sell services to existing and prospective clients
- Develop strategies for client engagement and retention
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 0-2 years’ experience (Freshers encouraged)
- Interest in dealing with foreign clients
- Excellent English skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
