Job Description
- Investigate and determine the causes of irregularities & errors.
- Assist in inventory recording and verification.
- Reconcile input and output of inventory.
- Reconcile raw materials on receipts quantity, issue quantity, consumption quantity, and leftover quantity.
- Initiate continuous process improvement in inventory management.
- Check the actual physical inventory on hand.
- Determine actual process loss.
- Maintain required MIS (Management Information Systems).
- Counted Inventory & prepared ageing reports on a timely basis.
- Settle Observation of Goods Received (ORG).
- Verified all kinds of purchases and other bills.
- Prepare consumption analysis report of raw materials.
- Prepare Daily and Monthly Stock Valuation.
- Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
