Job Description
What you’ll do (JD/JS)
Responsible for IP network E2E issue troubleshooting, analysis, and improvement.
Manage acceptance KPI achievement/reports under MS project scope.
Provide technical reporting/communication to customers on network issues.
Conduct routine customer care actions and team training.
What we’ll need (Requirements)
Minimum 4 years of Huawei IP network experience in large-scale projects.
Proficiency in Huawei router, Huawei FW, F5, CDN cache product systems.
Experience in OSPF, ISIS, BGP, IPV6, EVPN, and more.
Strong sense of responsibility, communication skills, and team management experience.
Loyalty to the position and company with a focus on information security.
