Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr. Officer – Welfare at YP Gazipur Ltd. located in BKSP, Zirani, Ashulia, Savar. The Jr. Officer – Welfare will be responsible for managing employee welfare programs, organizing events, handling employee grievances, and ensuring a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Experience in employee relations or HR is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Must have 3 to 4 years of experience in RMG sectors
