Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Junior Consultant to join our team for the Farmer Organization Readiness and Maturity Assessment project. As a Junior Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting in evaluating and enhancing the readiness and maturity of farmer organizations through data analysis, field assessments, and report preparation.
Your role will involve working closely with senior consultants to support farmers in developing sustainable practices and improving their organizational capacity. The position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on rural communities and contribute to the growth of agricultural sustainability.
We are looking for candidates with a passion for agricultural development, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment. Prior experience in farming or rural development projects is a plus but not required.
