Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Junior HR Executive to join our team, assisting in recruitment, attendance management, and employee engagement to foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate attendance records for all employees.
- Organize office events and celebrations.
- Update employee records and assist in HR activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 0-2 years of HR or administrative experience.
