Requirements:
Education: Minimum Diploma/BSc in Computer Science.
Experience: 2 to 3 years.
Additional Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of industry-related experience.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
- Hardware and Software Support:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues promptly.
- Network Management:
- Monitor and maintain the LAN and internet connectivity.
- Ensure seamless and secure access for all users.
- Manage firewall and have knowledge of Active Directory.
- Collaborate with external vendors for maintenance.
- Help Desk Support:
- Provide technical assistance to employees through email, phone, or in person.
- Log, track, and resolve support requests timely.
- Data Backup and Security:
- Implement data backup procedures to safeguard critical information.
- Software Updates and Patching:
- Manage software updates, patches, and system upgrades for a secure IT environment.
- IT Inventory Management:
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets.
- Collaborative Projects:
- Participate in IT projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- High Proficiency Required:
- Email, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, Outlook, ChatGPT.
