Job Description
Main Accountibilities
- Provide the full suite of customer service offerings to Key Account customers and customized services
- Alert customers on shipment delays and service incidents
- Make joint visits to key account customers to improve service
- Work with Gateway, Operations, and DHL Network to achieve service requirements
- Handle customer enquiries and ensure satisfactory resolution
- Lead customer satisfaction initiatives and promote revenue generation
- Assist in relevant CS orientation/training programs
Functional Experience
- 4 years experience in Customer Service
- Excellent spoken and written language skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
