Job Description

Role Purpose

• Ensure all shipments are processed in compliance with standards to meet customer satisfaction.

Main Accountabilities

• Monitor team performance for accurate sorting and loading of shipments.
• Provide timely shipment lodgment and recovery.
• Ensure prompt handling of incoming shipments.
• Manage outbound shipments’ receipt and lodgment.
• Activate standard processes daily to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate physical inspections of shipments and support team development.
• Assist in service improvement projects and manage import/export documents.

People Management

• Develop a culture of quality, service excellence, and cost consciousness.
• Identify training needs and career development opportunities for the team.

Functional Experience

3 – 5 years experience as Operations Agent

Educational Qualification

Bachelors

Additional Requirement

• Ability to lift up to seventy (70) lbs. occasionally and forty (40) lbs. frequently.
• Physical agility for repeated movements like walking, climbing stairs, bending, etc.
