Responsibilities:
- Law or commerce graduate with excellent command over spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Draft, review, and negotiate multinational agreements and contracts.
- Handle end-to-end contract management.
- Conduct commercial modeling and data analysis as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Law (LLB), Master of Law (LLM).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in multinational companies, law firms, healthcare startups, etc.
- Enrolled in Bangladesh Bar Council.
- Capable of handling international agreements.
