Job Description

Jamuna Spacetech Joint Venture Limited is in search of a Manager (Human Resources) for their renowned LP Gas marketing and distribution company. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in human resource management, proficiency in Bengali and English, and a Bachelor’s degree from a government-approved reputed university.

Responsibilities include job description preparation, recruitment, workforce management, performance reporting, policy implementation, and technology utilization for HR planning. Candidates must be proficient in computer typing in Bengali and English with a speed of 40/50 words per minute and have hands-on experience in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
