Job Responsibilities
- To develop and implement HR policies aligning with organizational practices.
- Manage and monitor administration-related activities.
- Establish efficient systems for prompt services and effective controls.
- Ensure workforce utilization and cross-functional staffing system.
- Coordinate Performance Appraisal and training needs.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Additional Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Bengali.
- Must have Garments-related experience.
