Job Description

We are seeking a talented Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Advisor to join our team. The MEL Advisor will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing monitoring and evaluation activities for our programs.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in MEL methodologies, data analysis, and report writing. They should be able to work closely with program staff to ensure data quality and track program performance effectively.

Key responsibilities include developing MEL frameworks, conducting assessments, and providing regular MEL reports to stakeholders. The MEL Advisor will also support capacity building initiatives for staff on MEL practices.
