Job Description
We’re looking for a Development Merchandiser to join our Product Development Center in Bangladesh. If you are passionate about apparel and intimates, have experience in product costing, take initiative, enjoy working in a team, and are eager to learn, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage product development and costing for intimates and apparel styles
- Accurate and timely management of critical path activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely and cost-effective product launches
- Work with sourcing teams to procure raw materials of right quality, specs, and price
- Follow up on T&A, on-time deliveries, quality, and craftsmanship
What We’re Looking For:
- Team working and relationship building skills
- Strong background in product development, costing, BOM creation, and samples
- Detail-oriented with good attention to detail
- A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Knowledge in bulk order execution is highly advantageous
