Job Description
Carter’s Inc., the leading North American baby and children’s apparel retailer, is seeking a Merchandising Manager to join their team. If you have a passion for product development, vendor management, and team leadership, this role is for you.
- Oversee product development processes and vendor management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for pre-production approvals
- Lead and coach a team to achieve key performance indicators
- Analyze data, maintain systems, and present insights effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
Requirements:
- University degree with 10 years of US market product development experience
- 5 years in a managerial position, familiar with childrenswear safety standards
- Excellent negotiation skills, strategic mindset, and strong English communication
