1. Manage the team to monitor the network properly.

2. Network monitoring & service desk function support.

3. Follow all the NOC processes and required regulations.

4. Communicate any fault events following escalation procedures.

5. Detect potential trends and liaise with problem management.

6. Provide initial customer support and incident tracking.

7. Ensure contractual SLAs & KPIs are met.

8. Follow NOC processes and regulations.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of front office experience.

2. Familiarity with RAN, Core, TX products.

3. High sense of responsibility and strong communication skills.

4. Team player with loyalty to the company.

5. Strong awareness of information security.
