Job Description

Job Description: PalmPay is seeking skilled professionals for the position of Officer – Co-Lending Operations in our Strategic Partnership & Business Department. The role involves establishing and nurturing relationships with financial institutions and merchants, focusing on Fintech and financial services experience, particularly in account or merchant management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage digital lending documentation process and ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate loan disbursements and documentation with financial partners.
• Serve as the primary liaison between PalmPay and financial institutions for smooth communication.
• Analyze merchant reports for financial tracking and reconciliation.
• Verify and collect merchant documents, coordinating with financial entities for approvals.
• Onboard new merchants while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, including financial institutions and internal teams.

Experience:

• 1-3 years experience in Fintech or financial services, focusing on merchant or digital lending operations.
• Knowledge of financial documentation and compliance procedures.
• Proficient in financial reporting and merchant account reconciliation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
