Job Description
Job Purpose:
The purpose of this job is to plan, coordinate, and manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Responsibilities:
- To execute safe and efficient receiving, storage, handling, and dispatch of goods following SOP.
- To manage warehouse staff for productivity and route planning for fast and cost-efficient deliveries.
- To coordinate as depot coordinator for Complaint Management and ensure timely resolutions for customer satisfaction.
- To maintain accurate stock control systems.
- To promote teamwork and motivate staff in line with company vision and policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed university.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
