Key Contributions:
- Lead social media operations, recruit hosts, and ensure quality.
- Guide hosts in content creation, branding, and network expansion.
- Refine host selection/training processes based on market insights.
- Organize impactful events and provide exceptional training.
Job Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills and passion for entertainment.
- Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years in live broadcast preferred.
- Strong logical reasoning and user interaction abilities.
