Job Context: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead our Team in meeting enrolment conversion goals. The ideal candidate will monitor market trends, drive business performance, and implement initiatives to achieve set targets. Responsibilities include expanding and maintaining a sustainable student base.
- Manage and motivate Education Counselors to achieve enrolment conversion targets.
- Conduct market analysis and identify new business growth opportunities.
- Ensure business performance aligns with organizational goals.
- Plan and implement strategic initiatives for enrollment and business targets.
- Expand and sustain the student base.
Educational Requirements: Postgraduate degree in Marketing or Business-related discipline.
