Job Description
Job Summary: NWC Education seeks an Operations Manager with 3–4 years’ experience in education consultancy. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring excellence in student recruitment and support services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Supervise staff performance, setting sales targets.
- Optimize workflows for recruitment and application processes.
- Cultivate relationships with partner universities for seamless collaboration.
- Track performance metrics and refine operational strategies based on data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 3–4 years’ experience in education consultancy.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Salary and Benefits:
