Overview:

Virgo Retail Ltd, a leading retail fashion brand in Bangladesh, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the outlet.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Supervise and manage staff, providing training and development as needed.
• Maintain inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate.
• Implement and oversee promotional activities.
• Handle customer complaints and queries professionally.
• Monitor sales performance and set targets for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience as an Outlet Manager.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with inventory management software.
