Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering and Industrial Engineering
• 10+ years experience in Sourcing, Merchandising, Quality, Compliance, and Finance
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen

• Experience in strategy, process improvement, and advanced English proficiency
