Job Description
We are currently looking to hire 4-5 Page Moderators (Customer Support Executive) for Araz Bangladesh. The successful candidates will be responsible for moderating Facebook pages for our luxury bedding items business in Banani Old DOHS, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Educational Requirements: Graduates from reputed universities with any subject. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills are a must.
Experience Requirements: 0 to 1 year.
Responsibilities include chatting with customers politely, communicating in Bengali, English, and Banglish, reading and understanding English messages, receiving official phone calls, and having good English communication skills.
