Job Description
Required skills and experiences
– 15+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, emphasizing production, quality management, and operational leadership.
– Strong collaboration and networking skills to build professional relationships across various levels.
– Proficient in people leadership, capable of mentoring and developing teams for high performance.
– Excellent strategic thinking, adept at long-term planning and identifying business opportunities.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

– Excellent stakeholder management abilities, including negotiation and consensus building.
Qualifications:
