Job Description
Innovate Engineering & Development is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join their team. The selected candidate will be responsible for procurement and contract management for works and goods under the Project Implementation Unit (PIU).
Job Description / Responsibility:
- Review procurement plans, thresholds, methods, and approval requirements
- Assist in preparing, monitoring, and reporting on procurement plans
- Coordinate with PIU for contract preparation, bidding, and award
- Offer advisory support during the evaluation process and contract management
- Resolve procurement contract management issues
- Complete tasks assigned by the Team Leader or PIU
Educational Requirements:
- Master of Science (MSc) in Procurement and Supply or equivalent
- Skills Required: Supply Chain, GIS, Electrical/Electronics, Supplier Management, SCADA
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in Engineering or Consulting Firms
Additional Requirements:
- 10-12 years of experience in Gas sector/Electricity Sector for SCADA and GIS installation
- 12 years of experience in the Gas sector for SCADA and GIS installation
