Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Product Portfolio Manager to lead and execute key projects across our multiple ventures. This role requires exceptional organizational and leadership abilities to ensure product diversity, marketing communication, product development and launch, while delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and planning for new products.
• Oversee product costing, pricing, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to align projects with company goals.
• Identify risks and opportunities, offering strategic solutions to keep projects on track.
• Report regularly to senior management on project progress, status, and outcomes.
• Foster a collaborative, positive team environment.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in product development and go-to-market strategies.
• Expertise in product launching and lifecycle management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software is an advantage.
