Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Production Manager to oversee manufacturing processes, ensure quality and efficiency standards, coordinate with departments, and manage production schedules to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proficient in production planning and management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in the garment or textile industry is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
