Job Description

· Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.

· Lead project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and project objectives.

· Oversee project progress and performance metrics, taking corrective actions as needed.

· Manage end-to-end construction processes, from pre-construction to project handover.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and quality standards.

· Monitor contractor performance, resolve disputes, and ensure contract adherence.

· Oversee project budgets, forecast costs, and manage expenditures within approved limits.

· Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for project success.

· Maintain accurate project documentation and compliance with standards.

· Identify risks impacting delivery and escalate to Project Manager.

· Ensure highest quality construction and adherence to schedules.

· Risk Management & Safety: Identify and mitigate potential risks.

· Promote adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Mentor project managers and construction teams.

Educational Requirements: B. Sc. in Civil Engineering from reputed public universities.

Experience Requirements: Minimum 15 years’ experience in real estate industry.
