Role Description
As a Property Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring properties in Dhaka to meet client needs. Tasks include sourcing properties, evaluating, negotiating deals, and maintaining relationships with property owners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Understanding of real estate market trends in Dhaka
- Ability to analyze property values and financial data
- Demonstrated experience in property acquisition or real estate sales
- Good network within the real estate industry
