Job Description
A Reputed Multinational Apparel Buying Office is seeking a QA Supervisor to join their team.
Job Description / Responsibility:
- Implement and maintain Quality system and audit procedure from fabric to shipment.
- Conduct factory audits and suggest improvements.
- Train sewing and finishing workers to achieve desired quality.
- Guide factory in challenging situations and prevent process bottlenecks.
- Conduct inline sewing, finishing, and pre-final audits.
Additional Requirements:
- Knowledge of washes and finishing techniques.
- Experience with calibration and working with premium buyers.
Education Requirements: Graduation in any discipline.
Experience Requirements: 8 to 10 years
