Job Description
- Check the supplier code and season code on the care label.
- Ensure correct label positions as per department requirements.
- Review black seal comments and measurements in PP samples.
- Verify approved spec’s measurement points and increments.
- Compare samples to fabric hanger for color and hand feel.
- Pull and stretch garments to test seam strength.
- Ensure constructions match black seal sample.
- Check trims against approved trim card.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct 90N pull testing on trims.
- Hand over PP and black seal samples to merchandiser.
- Attend pre-production meetings and weekly safety inspections.
