Job Description / Responsibility:
- Manage and lead the Quality department to ensure products meet quality standards and buyer requirements.
- Oversee QA processes for continuous quality improvement.
- Monitor work in various departments to maintain quality standards.
- Manage a team of quality controllers, auditors, and supervisors.
- Collaborate with other teams to address quality issues.
- Prepare quality reports, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with international standards and customer requirements.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Required Skills: Knit Production, Knit Finishing
Experience Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Garments industry
