Job Description

Advanced Chemical Industries Limited (ACI) is looking for a dedicated Recovery Officer to manage default accounts, trace absconded clients, negotiate settlements, and resolve financial discrepancies.

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Visit default accounts to assess ability to pay.
• Trace absconded clients using various methods.
• Achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Collaborate with local authorities for expedited outcomes.
• Negotiate repayment programs and ensure follow-up.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Skills Required: Recovery, Credit Recovery

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or Agro-based industries.

Additional Requirements:

• 2 years of previous collector experience in related fields.
• Demonstrated multitasking and problem-solving competencies.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
