Job Description

Noor Staffing Group is looking for a driven and motivated Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Bangladesh. The ideal candidate should have experience in high-volume recruiting, proficiency in cold calling, and adherence to performance metrics. This work-from-home position requires availability during New York business hours and fluent English skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to discuss job opportunities
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates
• Adhere to performance metrics
• Build candidate relationships

Requirements:
