Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager at Padma Group of Converters in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients. They will also analyze sales data, forecast sales targets, and contribute to the growth of the business.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales management, business development, and account management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the packaging industry and related products
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Fluency in English and Bangla
